Clinical Governance & Standards
- Our Approach
At Healthsec Rehab, quality and safety sit at the heart of everything we do. Our clinicians and wellbeing practitioners work to nationally recognised standards and evidence-based frameworks to ensure every programme is safe, effective, and accountable. We are committed to delivering safe, effective, and person-centred rehabilitation of the highest standard. Our clinical governance framework ensures that every aspect of our service is accountable, transparent, and continuously improving. - Evidence-Based Practice
All treatment plans are designed using the latest clinical evidence and research.
Our MDT includes physiotherapists, complementary therapists, wellbeing practitioners and life coaches, ensuring interventions are holistic but firmly grounded in clinical reasoning.
Interventions such as hydrotherapy and AR-based rehab (Strolll) are supported by peer-reviewed studies and continuous monitoring of patient outcomes. - Reporting & Auditing
Case managers and referrers receive regular progress reports (at intervals agreed in the SLA).
Our outcome measures are transparent, consistent, and clinically validated.
Internal clinical audits are conducted quarterly to review treatment effectiveness, compliance, and safety.
Client feedback and service reviews are incorporated into service improvements. - Safety in Hydrotherapy & Neurotech
Hydrotherapy delivered by HCPC-registered ATACP physiotherapists trained in aquatic rehab.
The hydro pool is maintained to HSE-recommended standards with daily checks on water quality, access safety, and equipment.
Use of AR technology (Strolll) is clinician-led, risk-assessed, and adapted for each client’s cognitive and physical profile.
Staff receive ongoing training in new rehab technologies to ensure safety and therapeutic benefit. - Aligned with National Standards
